Hi, I'm Konstantinos Gouridis — a Computer Science student at the University of Macedonia who likes building things that actually run, from clean software to hardware that moves.
My main interests sit where code meets the physical world: software engineering, embedded systems, robotics and AI. I enjoy working across the stack — writing the firmware, wiring the sensors, and building the interface on top of it.
Outside of coursework, I spend my time on side projects and things that genuinely interest me — especially sports data/analytics and social inclusion projects. I'm always looking for opportunities to learn, collaborate, and sharpen my skills.
Full-stack development, clean architecture and tools people can actually use — from web apps to automation.
Low-level programming on Arduino and ESP-32: sensors, microcontrollers and firmware written in C.
Bringing hardware and software together — control logic, motion and systems that interact with the real world.
Machine learning and intelligent systems, with a focus on applying models to real data and real problems.
A bilingual (EL/EN) career-orientation platform for Computer Science students, built with Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. A 60-question self-assessment engine scores an 8-dimension profile, ranks 12 career paths and generates a personalised roadmap with PDF export. 200+ completed assessments, and adopted by technotes.gr, a Greek CS exam-prep platform, as a resource for its students.
View project GitHubCurrently working on developing the software for Noematica — an accessibility-focused platform that enables two-way communication for deaf people in hospitality settings, translating sign language to text in real time and signing back through an on-screen avatar. I am Co-Founder and Lead Developer.
An automated Computer Vision pipeline built with Python, OpenCV and YOLO that detects, tracks and classifies players from match video feeds, turning raw footage into movement metrics for performance analysis.
GithubEmbedded applications designed and prototyped on ESP32 and Arduino microcontrollers — integrating digital and analog sensors, handling hardware-level data processing and pushing readings from the board straight to the cloud.
Applied Informatics student at the University of Macedonia specializing in IoT hardware integration, Computer Vision, and Software Development. Hands-on experience with microcontroller programming (ESP32, Arduino), REST API integrations, and edge computing models. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts through robotics instruction and competitive athletics, seeking to contribute to high-impact IoT solutions.
